PUPS
New kids aged 7 and above (6 years old if agreed) that are there to learn basic technique in kickboxing and wrestling. We also work on anti-bullying and self defence, all while having fun.
For the bigger kids or kids that have the basics down. This class has harder kickboxing and wrestling drills, and also works on the basic jiu-jitsu techniques. We make sure they learn discipline, work ethic and team work.

Adults wanting to learn kickboxing, boxing and muay thai technique and get a great work out. This is for you. A fun, team orientated class that will still push you to a well earned sweat.
MUAY THAI Advanced
Advanced techniques, drills, clinching and sparring. Working as a team, we push harder, preparing people for the ring and to keep our training at the highest level.
